Sessions tailored to your business
Sessions can be held directly at your workplace or in a dedicated space. They are designed to meet the specific needs of your team and can focus on themes such as:

The sessions follow a progression tailored to participants, incorporating a variety of exercises: dynamic relaxation, breathing techniques, meditation, and movements inspired by Tai Chi Chuan. They provide practical tools to better manage daily life and cultivate inner peace.
Session Structure
Each session begins with a “pre-sophrology” phase for reflection and discussion. This is a moment to share feedback on the previous session, express expectations, or discuss any concerns.
Next comes a 30 to 40-minute relaxation phase, practiced standing, sitting, or lying down, depending on the movements involved. The session may also include Tai Chi Chuan techniques, breathing exercises, or meditation to enrich the experience.
At the end of the session, a free and optional discussion time is offered.
